Halloween Costume Parade and Party

Little ghosts and goblins will line up at 1:45pm at CitiGroup Plaza (Greenwich St at N Moore St) and march down to the park. Following the parade tykes can groove to a Princess Katie and Racer Steve concert, take a pony ride, play games and munch on treats. Rain or shine. All ages.
