Definitely the hippest - and, perhaps, the only - designer hotel in Old Town, the Josef opened in 2002. The flash interiors, unique fabrics and handsome glass bathrooms (superior-class rooms only) are the work of London-based designer Eva Jiřičná. The hotel is in the thick of the historic centre, with the top-floor rooms in the 'Pink House' having the best views. Children under six stay free.
