Time Out says

Kitty White fans, it's a good thing you have a mouth for this – this is the Sanrio feline's first 24-hour themed café in the world, and she's picked Changi Airport's Terminal 3 to feed her fans with her mouthless image on the merch and food. At this public lounge café, the decor takes inspiration from our national flower, with bloomers draped from ceilings and growing out of planters. Two statues of Kitty, dressed in purple and with two bows (instead of the usual one) on her head, are placed in sections of the café for you to take selfies with. Other motifs, subtly placed around the space, include seats embellished with the iconic bow and a silhouettes of Kitty that appear on the trellises lining the cafe.

Food is served always at this never-closed café, but the punny Kitty-inspired descriptions of dish names hardly explains what you'll get on the plate. Enchanted Forest ($17.90), for example, isn't a hint for a plate of prawns, avocados, cheddar, caramlised onions and wasabi sesame mayo on a tortilla shell, yet that's just what Kitty bestows upon us. Let's Do the Salsa ($16.50) features feline-shaped toast sandwiching shredded chicken, cheese and vegetables, Cowabunga! Wagyu! ($24) is beef rendang with a pineapple spice mix, and Rose, Rose I Love You ($17.50) is orange sugee cake sprinkled with cookie crumble and rose-piped strawberry buttercream with a side of gelato. All-day breakfast options include Kitty's silhouette stamped out of a cheese-covered waffle, served with scrambled eggs, smoked duck slices and mushrooms on the Big Breakfast Surprise ($18.50) plate.

To wash it all down, order a cooler like the Cumbernade ($7.90) – cucumber syrup, lemonade and soda water – or a loose leaf blend of tea such as Kitty's apple pie tea ($7.80), strong with cinnamon.

And before you go, you'll want to pick up something to remember the pilgrimage by. The café's retail corner stocks exclusive-to-Singapore merchandise, including a limited edition run of 500 Hello Kitty plush toys ($49.90), custom-blended loose leaf teas ($38.90), postcards ($16) and plenty of other home goods to take home and add to your Kitty shrine.
