Billed as a social wellness club, Arctic Fitness has got you covered from cardiovascular health and muscle toning to recovery and relaxation. Founded by Varun Panjwani with partners BE. Studios, Sphere, and Rapid Physiocare, the space offers reformer pilates classes, fitness classes, an open gym, physiotherapy and contrast therapy (cold plunge and hot sauna for recovery). That's a ton of variety for full-fledged members, who can sweat it out at strength and conditioning circuits, get toned at Lean & Tone pilates sessions, chill out with a cold plunge, or relieve sore muscles at a physiotherapy session – all in one gym.
As a social wellness club, Arctic Fitness also plans to host events to bring their community of fitness enthusiasts together. A representative from the studio said, "We strive to go beyond our physical space, bringing together a community, sharing wellness knowledge, and emphasising the focus on longevity." Events and activities have yet to be announced, so stay tuned.
