Time Out says

The grand finale of East Imperial Gin Jubilee is back on Saturday, December 14 – and this year, it's free! Held at Jam at Siri House from 6pm to 11pm, the tropical G&T fest gathers 11 participating gin brands and over 30 of Singapore's best bars in one spot.

Expect to find beloved brands such as Hendrick's, Monkey 47, Botanist and Bulldog alongside made-in-Singapore gins like Tanglin, Brass Lion and Compendium. Also expect cult producers such as Peddlers Gin from Shanghai, St. George Spirits from California and Okinawa Gin from Japan.

The labels are teaming up with some of Singapore's best bars to create unique gin tipples like The Noble Sage by Idlewild, a kumquat, sage and saffron G&T; American Adobo by Manhattan, an alcoholic take on the classic Filipino pork adobo complete with balsamic vinegar and spices; as well as Kangaroo Tonic by Oriental Elixir, a curious concoction of kangaroo jerky-infused Tanglin Mandarin Chilli Gin and bak kut teh cordial. Intrigued? You can try these creations and tuck into a selection of small plates at East Imperial Gin Lane. All drinks and food are priced at an affordable $12, and in an effort to reduce waste, drinks are served on eco-friendly cups produced by local company, TRIA, which can be transformed into organic fertiliser. Be sure to stay till the end of the night where Singapore's best G&T will be crowned – the champion bar will take over the showcase bar to serve its winning drink.
