This hotel boasts the revolving bar and restaurant Cloud 9 at its apex on the 42nd floor. There's a bit of a convention centre feel but the rooms are spacious - if garish. In contrast, the fitness room is fantastic, complete with a whirlpool and cedar wood sauna. A stark yet functional lobby includes a car rental and sightseeing tour desk, a visitor information kiosk and a business centre conveniently located near the entrance. Discounts gives guests 5-40% off at a wide range of shops in the area.
