Set neatly under vines next to Mitcham’s original village post office, Stamps nods towards South Australian expectations: a bowl of warm Coriole olives to start, followed by generous mains of Port Lincoln seafood (sweet-fleshed leatherjackets) or Onkaparinga fillet and shoulder of venison. Desserts are appropriately old-school and impeccably plated up.
