Join us for a celebration of all things Pinot Noir as we host a fireside feast for the senses. Current and back vintage Francis John Pinot will be matched with five delicious courses designed by La Dolce Vita head chef Rob Paglia. This is a wonderful opportunity to taste Adelaide Hills’ Pinot in all forms, as we begin the evening with Marjorie, our traditional method sparkling, and during the evening we will also introduce you to the new kid on the block, our highly acclaimed Purveyor Pinot.

Chicken liver parfait, burnt rhubarb
FIRST COURSE:
Crispy skin Port Lincoln king fish, smoked octopus brandade, ham hock consume.
