Adelaide Botanic Garden says
Calling all plant and art lovers! Join us for the FREE Opening Afternoon of Adelaide Botanic Garden's SALA Festival (South Australian Living Artists) exhibitions!

Proceedings kick off in the Amazon Waterlily Pavilion at 2pm, where you can listen to opening speeches and meet the artists, before viewing three of the exhibitions for the first time.

The exhibitions - from Adam Durst - Photography, Elisabeth Howlett - Bird and Lillypilly, Alison Mitchell Artist & Otanical - range from vivid paintings of autumnul produce and iconic garden blooms, to a series of "candid" photographs projecting the uniqueness and beauty of flowers, to a fairytale virtual reality performance that blurs the line between the real and the digital.

Head to our website for our full program, which runs until 31 August http://bit.ly/29EIxcg

See you on Sunday for a art and plant filled afternoon!
