Due to popular demand, Stretch & Flex is back in 2016!

Stretching is one of the most important but neglected aspects of dance. Flexibility is incredibly important for all kinds and styles of dance. Generally, every dance move can be improved by increasing your body's overall flexibility and the only way to improve your flexibility is to STRETCH!

You will learn a series of stretches with a specific focus on hamstrings and hip flexors that will help you achieve and/or improve your splits, high kicks, jumps, leg lines, feet and ankle flexibility and turn out.

Never compare your flexibility to others, set your goals and consistently work towards them. This is the aim of this 6 week course; helping you on your own journey to flexibility!

Please bring along your own yoga mat and wear comfortable, stretchy clothes.

Guys welcome! You will also benefit tremendously as there will be core/pilates elements included.
