This Valentine’s Day let The National Wine Centre make your night sparkle with fine wines and candlelight, overlooking our vineyard and botanic gardens.
Our Executive Chef and his team have created a stunning 3 course dinner including

Seafood for 2 Entree
* Coffin Bay Oysters, Champagne bubbles
* Angel Bay Oysters, seaweed, wasabi
* Crab crouquettes, cigars, smoked salmon, avacado roe

Choice of Main
Huon Salmon
Seared and cured, pickled cucumber, native succulent & finger lime salad
or
Paringa Farm Lamb duo
Pressed shoulder, pink roasted cutlets, sweet pea, Meredith goats cheese, spinach

Dessert
Strawberries and cream, mascarpone panacota, meringue , strawberry jelly, ice-cream

Finish your night with T2 tea and coffee whilst enjoying our house petit fours

Sip a glass of French on arrival and enjoy fine wines throughout the evening as the sun sets over our vineyard.
