Irish-born chef Trevor Moran's resume includes working as the sous chef at Noma in Copenhagen and leading the kitchen at The Catbird Seat in Nashville. He has another project set to debut in the Tennessee city this year, but in the meantime, you can catch him teaming up with the Poseys of Chicago restaurant Elske at Emmer & Rye—one night only, reservations recommended.
