How do you ease into exercise after you've had your baby? What foods best support postpartum wellness? This AustinBaby session will be co-facilitated by nutrition expert, Misti Buie. We'll learn all about healing, loving, and nurturing your postpartum body:
* Healing: keys to recovery
* Loving: self-care + the baby blues
* Nurturing: foods to support breastfeeding + maintaining health
AustinBaby is a twice-monthly opportunity for you to nurture yourself and spend quality time with other mamas, all while learning from experts in the community on a rotating list of topics relating to life with baby.
Partners and babies are welcome! These sessions are appropriate for both expecting mamas and those already postpartum. Refreshments will be served.
