Join us on Thursday, August 6th as we partner with Chef Jimmy from The Lavender Finch to showcase how our premium olive oils and balsamic vinegars can help unlock the hidden flavors in your veggies. The demo will kick off with a 15 minute education on extra virgin olive oils and vinegars, after which Chef Jimmy will demonstrate how to build deep and satisfying flavors into any plant-based diet. From rich sauces and comforting broths to surprising space blends and perfectly infused oils, he’ll provide the building blocks for bringing out the best in your daily veggies. He’ll also highlight the five basic ingredients every plant-based cook should have in their kitchen.

Beet Carpaccio

Tempura Kale Rib Salad

Coconut & Golden Beet Broth
curried cauliflower 'cous cous’, seared black bean tofu, sesame oil, mint & lemongrass balsamic drizzle

Summer Berry Cheesecake
caramelized apples, espresso bean balsamic, falksalt

Chilled water and artisan bread, marcona almonds & olives will also be served. You are welcome to purchase a bottle of wine before the event as well. After the event we will open up our shop for your own personal tasting tour.
