In the Unconventional Training Certification Level 1, you will become proficient at the basic movements for several unconventional fitness tools, as well as how to incorporate the basic supplementation and holistic nutrition necessary to achieve a variety of goals. The methods you’ll be learning include kettlebells, calisthenics, steel clubs, steel mace, battle ropes, battle ring suspension, sandbag/steel bell, and barbell. You will be learning the basics of each tool, as well as how to incorporate them into workouts. This is a 16-hour, 2-day certification. There are no requirements to attend (other than a willingness to learn new things).
