Sb346 Senate Committee Hearing

Senate Committee Hearing this Thursday for SB346 (licensed open carry), now referred to as SB17. It is imperative everyone understand not to testify AGAINST this bill.... You will have three choices when signing up to speak.: FOR, AGAINST or ON. Testifying AGAINST this bill is a testimony against Open Carry in general. Testifying FOR this bill means you like it as is. Testifying ON this bill means you generally like the idea, just not parts of the bill (like that part about licenses). We don't want anyone testifying AGAINST this bill. Either testify FOR it or ON it. Each speaker will get two minutes. Please prepare your testimony prior to being called up to speak. This will be a lengthy hearing, an all day affair.
