Travis County Vdr Training says
2015 is all about registering new voters, so we're asking Battleground Texas supporters to get trained as Volunteer Deputy Registrars (VDRs). After this short training, sponsored by the Travis County Voter Registrar's office, you'll be qualified to register voters in Travis County! All VDR certifications expired at the end of 2014, so in order to register voters in 2015, all previous VDRs will need to attend this training.

You can also attend this training if you have never been a VDR before and want to become one! In order to be a VDR, you need to be eligible to vote in Texas (a Texas resident, U.S. citizen, 18 years old). You can be a resident of any Texas county; a Travis County VDR certification will qualify you to register Travis County voters.
