We'll break down the posture into it's core elements, discuss proper alignment principles, and explore various techniques that will allow you to safely approach headstand. The basics of arm balancing will also be review for those yogis exploring transitions within their headstand practice. Whether you're just starting to explore inversions or want to take your practice to the next level, you will walk away with the tools and knowledge needed to expand your practice, and, more importantly, enjoy the process! Jenn possesses over 2,500 hours of teaching experience and countless hours of personal practice.
