Students who are interested in taking this workshop need to be comfortable with all variations of legs hangs (inside, outside, brass monkeys) without the usage of arms, and aerial inversions. Price: $55 ($50 before 1/23/15) (SATURDAY 2/7 5:30pm-7:00PM) 2) Lo-Fly (No pole exp. required or apparatus needed. Floor movement! ) We'll be exploring our inherit human movement and identifying where seamlessness and natural quality in our motion lies through understanding where movement originates specifically for YOUR body and trusting YOUR instincts. We'll also INTENTIONALLY break our natural human movement as another means of self expression and also focus on smaller gestures/details of the body. Workshop curriculum will comprise of motion exercises, across the floor work, and piecing together a final flow! Keep it lo!! Students: Be sure to wear long sleeves, leggings/pants! Knee pads and leg warmers are not required, but recommended if there is uncomfortability in applying pressure on the top of the feet/applying pressure to the top of the knees. The work she produces focuses on tapping into inherit human motion, fully utilizing one’s individual movement qualities, and trusting in one’s instinct.
