We will get a great workout through sassy dancing and fun songs! Do what you can; if you feel like a move is too much or get too tired, just march in place. There is no need to do the dance exactly as everyone else (even me)! I give non-verbal, hand cues and will show dance modifications whenever possible. You should wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes that have good traction, a water bottle, and hand towel (you will sweat)!
