BTS is officially back! After years of waiting, the multi-award-winning global K-pop band has confirmed dates for its massive 2026/27 Arirang world tour – and yes, Australia’s on the list. Set to be the biggest global K-pop tour of all time, BTS will perform 85 shows across 34 regions, with four huge dates locked in for the Aussie Army.
It’s been almost a decade since the seven-member group – RM, Jin, Jimin, V, Suga, Jung Kook and j-hope – last visited Australia for their Wings Tour in 2017. After entering a four-year hiatus in 2022 to complete South Korea’s mandatory military service, BTS made its highly anticipated return in Goyang in April 2026. Fans can expect new music, along with past hits like ‘Dynamite’ and ‘Butter’. Here’s how to get tickets to BTS’s Australian tour.
As part of their massive 85-show world tour, BTS will perform in two Aussie cities. The Grammy-winning group will kick things off with three shows at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium on Wednesday, February 10; Friday, February 12; and Saturday, February 13, before heading to Sydney’s Accor Stadium for back-to-back performances on Saturday, February 20 and Sunday, February 21.
General ticket sales for BTS’s Aussie stadium shows kick off on Thursday, June 4 at 10am (AEST) in Melbourne and 1pm (AEST) in Sydney via btsworldtourofficial.com.
BTS megafans can score first dibs on tickets when the official Army Membership pre-sale kicks off on Tuesday, June 2 at 10am local time in Melbourne and 1pm in Sydney. First, you need to buy a fan annual membership via Weverse (USD $17.88, ~ AUD $25), then register for the pre-sale by Wednesday, May 27 at 1pm (AEST). Once verified, you’ll be eligible to join the virtual queue when the pre-sale opens on June 2. Just remember to keep your nine-digit Army Membership number (starting with BA) handy, as you’ll need it to unlock ticket access.

BTS hasn’t brought along any support acts for its Arirang world tour. However, the production more than makes up for it with an immersive, 360-degree in-the-round stage design that places the Army at the centre of the action. Keen!
