They say life’s a beach – so consider this your sign to go enjoy the waves. From laid-back Aussie shores to dreamy international coastlines, there are plenty of places to lap up the sun, surf and sand. And now, getting there is a whole lot easier thanks to Jetstar’s latest flight sale. Today, the budget airline has discounted 60,000 fares to Australia’s top beach destinations and tropical overseas hotspots, with flights starting from just $49.

Jetstar’s ‘Life’s a Beach Sale’ is on now, running until 11.59pm AEDT on Monday, March 23 (unless sold out prior). Travel dates vary per route, but we spotted flights from as early as April 2026, with plenty of options available across the peak summer period between November 2026 and February 2027. It's always good to have something to look forward to, right?

The $49 one-way flights are expected to fly off the ‘shelves’, including Adelaide to the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane to Cairns, Sydney to Hervey Bay, Melbourne to the Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine) and the Gold Coast to Newcastle. For less than $100, you can also score cheap flights between Australia’s major capital cities.

If you’re dreaming of an international island escape, you’re in luck. There are five dreamy beach destinations on sale, with flights to Denpasar (Bali) from $159, Port Vila (Vanuatu) from $179, Nadi (Fiji) from $199, Rarotonga (Cook Islands) from $249, and Phuket (Thailand) from $269. See you on island time?
