We’re officially in flight sale season! Qantas just launched its biggest domestic sale in five years, Jetstar is slinging cheap flights to the Northern Territory and Scoot has discounted fares to Asia. Now, Virgin Australia has joined the party with a massive one-week domestic sale starting from just $45. Time to book that Aussie getaway!

Virgin’s ‘It’d Be Roo’d Not To’ sale is live now, running until 11.59pm AEST on Monday, February 16. It covers travel on selected dates between April 1 and December 20, 2026, to many of Australia’s favourite holiday destinations.

As always, the cheapest deal is the one-way Sydney to Ballina (Byron Bay) route from $45, valid both ways. For under $100, you can snag seats from Brisbane to Newcastle, Canberra to the Gold Coast, Melbourne to Hobart and Sydney to Launceston, among others.
