Ancient Methods came out of the German duo of Conrad Protzmann and Michael Wollenhaupt. When Wollenhaupt left, Protzmann carried on with the project. He's released various EPs on the label of the same name and has also released work with Sonic Groove, RSB, Fondation Sonore, aufnahme + wiedergabe and Hands Productions.
