Time Out says

The orchestra of young musicians from the American city of Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania) are in Spain as part of a tour that also takes them to Valencia and El Escorial. This group, founded in 1945, currently features 104 musicians, between the ages of 14 and 21 years old. The concert in Barcelona, conducted by Francesco Lecce-Chong, includes pieces by Gershwin, Strauss, Tchaikovsky, and a debut by Ishizaki.
