Quality, service, innovation and tradition – these are the words that the managers of El Xic use to describe what’s on offer at their restaurant. The last two terms might seem contradictory, but not in the case of this establishment set in the capital of the region. The menu is limited, they say to ensure quality, so you can savour lobster in sherry sauce or, if you prefer meat, tender veal in a ratafia liquor sauce.
