The Jazz Festival and U.S. magazine 'JazzTimes' bring you this session called Before & After. It's an encounter with musician Ravi Coltrane, who stars in two shows during the festival, who will talk with author Ashley Kahn. There will be a series of musical pieces for Coltrane to listen to with no previous information about them. That is, each conversation begins without his knowing who he's listening to (before), and once he guesses correctly or the answer is revealed (after), Coltrane and Kahn continue talking about the music they just heard.
