Fenòmens Festival 2016

For the second year, this international festival of hybrid creation is in Barcelona, from November 16 to 19 in various venues around the city, including Fundación Tàpies, Hangar, La Caldera, Cines Girona and Espacio Erre. You'll find a series of hybrid artistic creations that revolve around the body, and mixing with other disciplines: dance, music, technologies and images.

This year's edition features 32 artists from around the world, including the Collectif (La) Horde, the Laroque/Helene Weinzierl Company, Kotomi Nishiwaki, Rodrigo Cuevas, Modgeist, Arnaud Courcelle, Balago, Gaëtan lavó, Vânia Rovisco, Teresa Navarrete, Miguel Marín, Drama!, Erre que erre, Radicalismo Abstracto, Daniel Gwirtzman, Anders Bigum, Troels Primdahl, Isa·bel, and DJ erre. There will also be 13 audiovisual works, among them short films and dance videos.

During the festival, (La) Horde, a French trio that works in post-Internet dance in the Théâtre de la Ville in Paris, the Pompidou Centre and the Biennale in Lyon, offers a free workshop open to all at La Caldera (Nov 14-18), with a public presentation during the festival as well.
