This two-hour class is organised by the BCN Honey Fest and taught by chef Lili Figel and beekeeper Steve Rogenstein. You'll get a honey-infused welcome cocktail to sip as you learn about honey and where it comes from. You'll get to understand the nuanced differences between monofloral honeys and how to incorporate them into your cooking; learn tricks for substituting honey for sugar in desserts; prepare and taste various dishes; and leave with your own recipe booklet. Advance registration is required.
