You could quite easily walk past this understated vintage shop, if it wasn’t for the constant stream of fashionistas drifting in and out causing a little intrigue. Made in Berlin is for the retro hipsters of Berlin who are loud and proud. Step inside and you’ll find a vast selection of 1920s to 1990s vintage fashion and accessories. Old school hip-hop and indie-pop music guides you through the first floor, where white washed brick walls are the perfect canvas for bursts of vivid prints.

Vintage goods are neatly arranged by item or colour, making it an ‘organised’ second-hand shopping experience. Free-standing rails and shelves house everything from androgynous Parka coats, reworked Levi jeans and graphic printed tees, to floral day dresses, eccentric party wear and silk shirts, priced between €20 and €80. Windowsills are creatively used to display head gear and scarves, whilst suitcases lay on the floor hidden with yet more treasure. The basement – dedicated to menswear – offers up some pretty special classic Nike trainers and jersey sports gear worth good dollar!
