Come and join us for an informative evening where you will learn how to made your own fermented foods at home! Well-known local workshop presenter, Valerie Pearson, will show us how to ferment vegetables, making kimchi and sauerkraut, how to make yoghurt, kombucha, kefir and other fermented staples.
