JAY KARAMA
With a Beatport catalogue that boasts alongside some of the music industry’s big guns, Australia has churned out yet another heavy hitter being championed on the global scale. The man we speak of is Jay Karama and will debut at Family Nightclub Saturday 30th January.

With a over 30,000 connecting over just his facebook, this vibe machine has cultivated remixes for the likes of TJR, Reece Low, SCNDL and Tonite Only and some mighty originals ‘Disco’, ‘Skateboard’ and ‘Torment’ which have seen ARIA and Beatport Chart success. This has seen Jay accumulating all kinds of glowing references for his EDM resume and now one of the most sought after names in Australia.

Back in his innocent, supple youth; Jay Karama discovered his love for electronic music following on from his lengthy guitar shredding metal kid stint. Beginning a rigorous schedule of producing Afrojack rip off demo’s on FL Studio, Jay was soon on his way to impressing more people than just his Mum. The hard yakka paid off over the years for Jay, accumulating all kinds of glowing references for his EDM resume.
Now joining his Mum on the Jay Karama support team are Hardwell, Deorro, TJR, Vinai, Martin Garrix, Henry Fong, Joel Fletcher, J-Trick, Reece Low, SCNDL, and a heap more.

MIKE METRO
At first glance, you may think he's the lovechild of Edward Scissorhands and Count Dracula. Upon closer inspection, you'll discover that Mike Metro (or ‘Michael’ as he prefers to be known…) is just a dude that writes bass-driven house music out of the spare bedroom at his grandmother’s home in South-East Melbourne.

He likes to play his music to lots of people at lots of places, Australia-wide (Revolver / The World Bar / Electric Circus) and festivals Splendour In The Grass, Future Music Festival and Stereosonic. He then releases those tracks via Sweat It Out, One Love and Ministry of Sound.

When Mike's not working on tunes, you can find him attempting to ride a skateboard, enjoying a beer with his LTM CREW or simply hanging out with his beloved cats; Boris and Carol.
