Opiuo At The Triffid W/ Toyo And Jesswah says

Funkadelic bass music extraordinaire OPIUO is about to hit the road for a nationwide Australian tour, stopping in at more cities and tour stops than ever before. On this tour he’ll be promoting his new single “SNEAKERS”, off his forthcoming album Omniversal.

“SNEAKERS” is party starter, combining heavy bass with lashings of house, disco, and a seriously addictive vocal hook. It’s playful, it’s cheeky, it’s funky, and it’s in your face.

OPIUO came to life in 2010 when his hit single “ROBO BOOTY” from debut LP, Slurp and Giggle rocked the airwaves and festivals throughout the entire globe. Following up with his 2014 LP Meraki winning Best Electronic Album at the New Zealand Music Awards. His funky, playful bass driven music captivates dancefloors and airwaves where ever OPIUO is played. He’s toured the planet playing the biggest festivals & supported the likes of Moby, Pete Tong, Bassnectar, Pretty Lights, and Bonobo (to name just a few).

Opiuo’s first single of 2016 “SNEAKERS” is his most focused, forward thinking material yet.
