State Library of Queensland says
How has the changing face of migration shaped Queensland? Does our rich diversity bring us closer together?

Spend Harmony Day with Queenslanders from different backgrounds as we kick off the Queenslanders in Conversation panel series.

Host Kelly Higgins-Devine (612 ABC Brisbane) will facilitate a conversation that explores our state's cultural and religious diversity and the role it plays in our identity, sense of belonging, and ultimately in advancing social cohesion.

From the political and popular to the insightful and opinionated, the interactive format of this conversation will enable alternative voices to be heard and stories of belonging to be shared.

Presented on Harmony Day, and recorded for delayed broadcast on ABC Radio, this is your opportunity to explore the issues of the day and talk about what being a Queenslander means to you.

Book your spot now.

Can’t make it in person? Watch live streamed events on our website, and join the conversation on social media using #belongingqld.
