With mid-semester exams approaching quickly, we're looking out for your mental health with Stress Less Week.

Brought to you by UQU and UQU Student Rights, Stress Less Week will be packed full of relaxing events and activities like yoga & meditation, puppies to pet, a chill out zone and a number of carnival activities to help you unwind from the stress of the semester so far!

MONDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER
Morning Marmalade
7.30am – 9.00am in the Old Lolly Shop Union Complex
Enjoy a free breakfast at the wildly popular free breakfast bar, Morning Marmalade brought to you and supported by UQU Volunteers.

Puppies & Pancake BBQ
10.00am – 2.00pm at the Natural Amphitheatre
Animal Welfare League Queensland are teaming up with Red Frogs to bring you adorable puppies to pet and delicious pancakes to eat!

TUESDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER

UQU Freebies & Info Stall
10.00am – 2.00pm in the Union Complex

Yoga & Meditation with the UQ Yoga & Meditation Club
6.00pm – 7.00pm at the Grassy Knoll

UQU Stress Less Fun Day
10.00am – 2.00pm at the Forgan Smith Front Lawns
