Thursday Callbacks: All should be prepared to learn a short dance combination – dress comfortably and bring appropriate shoes.

Jimmy Smith: Jimmy is self-assured and quick-witted. Jimmy should be charming but goofy and possess a good sense of comic timing.

Dorothy Brown: Miss Dorothy is the perfect role for a young lady with a lovely voice. She is much more refined than Millie.

Trevor Graydon: Trevor Graydon the Third is Millie's boss at Sincere Trust. He is a "manly-man." Trevor is both pompous and goofy at the same time.

Mrs. Meers: Mrs. Meers is the villain of our story. Think Cruella DeVille from 101 Dalmations meets Miss Hannigan from Annie. She is an over-the-top actress who has an excellent sense of comedic timing.

Ching Ho & Bun Foo: Ching Ho and Bun Foo are brothers and emigrants from China. These two are working to bring their dear mother to the United States from China. These characters must learn some Chinese. Ching Ho will definitely be played by a boy. Bun Foo could possibly be played by a girl. These characters sing, dance, and act, all in the Chinese language.

Miss Flannery: Miss Flannery is the office manager of Sincere Trust. She's uptight and stern, a real no-nonsense kind of gal. She goes to all lengths to keep the office efficient and orderly but also possesses the power to "let loose" once in a while.

Muzzy Van Hossmere: Singer and bon vivant, (SPOILER) stepmother of Jimmy and Dorothy. She was the second wife of her late husband.

Gloria, Alice, Rita, Ruth, Ethel - These girls live at the Hotel Priscilla with Millie and Miss Dorothy. Although they are not lead roles, all of these girls have substantial speaking lines with some singing solos.
