Learn the art of crafting your own bitters and liqueurs to add unique, creative flavors to your home bar in this hands-on workshop. Participants will learn the science behind and basic techniques for home infusions. Additionally, we will discuss the history and present-day use of botanicals, bitters, and liqueurs as herbal remedies for relaxation, digestion, and more. Participants will each create and take home two personalized jars of bitters made in class with botanicals such as wormwood, gentian, dandelion, burdock, angelica, sarsaparilla, and various aromatic spices.
