Enjoy art-making activities, music, bilingual tours, and DMA gallery activities for all ages and free admission to "México 1900–1950: Diego Rivera, Frida Kahlo, José Clemente Orozco, and the Avant-Garde" presented by Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP.

Kick off your family day with a performance of Mexican guitar music inspired by the "México 1900–1950" exhibition performed by Ben Tavera King.

Art Making in the C3 Studio
Drop in and make your own papel picado in the Center for Creative Connections Art Studio. First come, first served; space is limited.

1:30–3:30 p.m.
Music in the Atrium
Inspired by México 1900–1950, enjoy a dynamic performance of Latin jazz by Javier Gutierrez & Mosaic.

2:00–2:30 p.m.
Art Highlight
Look for DMA ambassadors and signs throughout the exhibition to learn more about selected works of art. Offered in both English and Spanish.

2:00–4:00 p.m.
Pop-Up Art Spot, Art of the Ancient Americas Galleries
Visit the Pop-Up Art Spot in the DMA’s collection to enjoy a hands-on experience facilitated by the DMA’s Teen Ambassadors and Teen Advisory Council.

3:00–3:30 p.m.
