Join us at our Small Business Expo "FALL FEST" @ Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, TX.

Event will take place outdoors under two covered areas (the courtyard patio and the Courtyard Veranda)

We will have food, music, charity raffle drawing, booth after booth of small business vendors and so much more! FREE TO THE PUBLIC.

EVENT DATES & TIMES:
Saturday, October 29th: 10am-4pm
Sunday, October 30th: 11am -4pm

Courtyard Veranda (covered): *8x10
$200 for both days (Saturday & Sunday). Electricity is free but limited. Please request electricity the time you book your event. Vendors may bring tables and chairs (no tents. Tables and chairs are optional)

Covered Courtyard Patio: *8x10
$100 for both days (Saturday & Sunday). Electricity is free but limited. Please request electricity the time you book your event. Vendors may bring tables and chairs (tents are accepted but not mandatory. Table and chairs are optional).

●This is a Family-friendly event. Product approval on all vendors will be enforced.● ONE vendor per company are allowed, (Scentsy, Jamberry, etc) and 8 per category since this will be a large event.

DEADLINE for vendors is September 1st.

Vendor set up 7-9am Saturday. Show hours are Sat/10-4 and Sun/11-4. Breakdown after 4pm Sunday.
The building will be locked and secured. Anyone under the covered patio may leave their items overnight or pack up and setup Sunday morning from 8am-10am. Your invoice will serve as your confirmation. Also, please invite everyone on your area client list, via social media, websites, direct mail, etc. Please go to the Facebook event page, please post pics of your product line and "join" so that it reflects that you're going...invite everyone you know :)
All booth sales are final. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, please send someone else to cover your booth/line. The event will still go on, rain or shine. If it rains, we will move the event indoors. If you bring children to this event, they are to stay with you at your booth, no unsupervised children are permitted. No dogs, unless they are certified service dogs.

We will be having a raffle at our event for both days. Donated items/basket from your business will be greatly appreciated (not mandatory).
