Kids Martial Arts Camps

These camps are perfect for beginners to more advanced students ages 5 through 12. Students will learn martial arts, kickboxing, boxing, jiu-jitsu, wrestling and judo basics. Kids will also enjoy games and activities to develop strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Improving these skills can help kids develop self-control, build self-confidence, improve physical fitness, and learn self-defense.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Camp

These camps are a great introduction for kids new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a great way for our current students to get in extra mat time to prepare for upcoming tournaments. Kids will learn takedowns, control positions, escapes, submissions, and more.

Wrestling Camp

Melvin is the head coach at Dallas Dynamite. He teaches some of our wrestling classes and is going to coach a camp for us in August. Melvin wrestled for the University of Oklahoma where he graduated and coached the Team Texas Schoolboy Dual Team. He was an Oklahoma High School State Champion. Camp is for ages 5 through 18 and for beginner wrestlers through more advanced wrestlers. No prior experience is required. The students will be divided into age and skill appropriate groups. This is perfect for students wanting to improve their wrestling for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, those who are thinking about wrestling in high school, and high school wrestlers looking to improve over the summer.
