Kixpo is proud to present 5A – an album release concert featuring performances from rap veterans Mga-Czar and TUNK. on Friday, February 27th, 2015 at the Texas Theatre. In its 10-year history, Kixpo has brought together sneaker enthusiasts, musicians, artists, and spectators from all across the country. Now, it is channeling resources to highlight some of the best Hip-Hop talent this city has to offer. Mga-Czar hails from a household in East Dallas where music was a constant that fostered his love for the arts. The wealth of his parents’ musical knowledge provided the essential environment for growth. Ultimately, it has led him to a rap career that has produced 2 projects in the last 3 years. And on February 27th, the High Priest of DDD releases his most ambitious work to date: Right Hand of God - produced entirely by Lonestarr Musik. Kevin Arradondo, Aka Tunk is a breath of fresh air for a story this world knows too well. A natural-born leader and a loyal man of his word, Tunk has proven to be one of the last true stalwarts of Southern rap. Following his feature on A.Dd+’s 2011 single, Jumper Cables, his fan base has grown exponentially. Countless projects over the years have led him to cement his reputation as an artist of the highest caliber. With this momentum, Tunk presents No Defeat 1.5, a project that rings familiar to fans but is offered with a freshly refined take and new material. Join us for a free show!
