Handstand 2.0 is designed to help take your handstand practice to the next level by incorporating new variations of the HS (scissors, tuck ups) and other positions that will allow you to build strength and endurance in the inverted position pushing you one step closer to mastery. We’ll also further address many of the common mobility issues associated with HS training keeping your progression moving forward while minimizing the chance for future injury.
