Adr Section Lunch says
The Use of Mediation in Real Estate Matters

Mediation is a useful tool for a wide variety of real estate disputes. Gary Kujawski, the Department of Regulatory Agencies' HOA Information Officer, will be sharing the HOA Center's 2015 Annual Report, which contains HOA issues ripe for dispute resolution, as well as a recent legislative proposal allowing the Center to list ADR professionals to assist homeowners. Michele Leo and Elizabeth Walker will then talk about the practical matters facing mediators who handle earnest money disputes referred by the Colorado Board of Realtors and other real estate-related disputes.
