Chakras are three dimensional orbs of energy that influence much of our physical, emotional and mental well-being. Many of us have lost touch with how much they contribute to the vitality of our lives. This series will re-acquaint you with the luminosity that is possible when the chakras are acknowledged and cared for and will empower you to attend to your own subtle body health.

In this series of seven classes, you will learn simple techniques to directly support the seven major energetic centers of the subtle body. Guided by her extensive knowledge of yoga, energy medicine and earth-centered healing, Tracey will lead you through practices designed to help you find and amplify the vibrancy within.

Each chakra will be explored in depth, one chakra per session. Possible topics covered in each session include:
• Yoga poses, from restorative to active, that tap into the unique vibration of each chakra
• Simple self-massage techniques to release muscular and emotional tension in the physical territories of the chakras
• Flower essences (taken internally or applied externally) to encourage chakra familiarity and balance
• Essential oil aromatherapy to harmonize with each chakra
• Plant and herb allies and resonances for the chakras
• Guided journey meditations to experience the energetic imprints of the chakras
• Elemental correlations for the chakras

Each class will be a combination of discussion, experiential exercises, yoga poses, and guided journey meditation. The five senses of touch, taste, smell, sight and hearing will be engaged to encourage whole-body learning.

Some yoga experience is recommended. Modifications to the program can be made for people with allergies and sensitivities to ingested substances as well as for people with sensitivities to fragrances.

Please bring a journal and a pen if you wish to take notes.

Sign up for the entire series of all seven classes for $225 or sign up for single sessions for $40 each.
