Spaces Between and Other Anomalies
Opening Reception Friday, June 19th, 6-10pm
June 19 – July 5, 2015

'Spaces Between and Other Anomalies' features painting, drawing, and sound sculpture that address the process of accretion and interconnection by Charles Livingston. Working with organic grid structures, Livingston presents his 'Infinite Drawing Series'. This series of interconnected drawings, each drawing a reconfiguration of the previous drawing, started in 2007 and continues today. In 1999 he painted a triptych called 'Landscape As Object'. This painting became the inspiration for his latest sculpture 'Landscape (Ma) 449', comprised of 449 stretched bicycle tubes over a 24 foot long triangular frame with interior and exterior sound.

Hours: Friday 6-10pm, Saturday – Sunday 12-5pm
