Three-Week Program
Tuesdays and Thursdays
April 4 – April 20

Fitness meets climbing.
Have you hit a plateau in your climbing? ClimbFit: Level 2 is the perfect program for breaking into harder grades and learning more advanced techniques. It addresses the main energy systems: Endurance, Strength/Power and Power Endurance, as well as how to train yourself more efficiently and confidently.

Based on individual goals, each participant works with coaches to develop a personalized 12-week climbing and fitness training program.

1. System wall circuits
2. Finger strength on hang-board
3. Dynamic power on campus board
4. Climbing technique assessment

1. Addressing inactive or imbalanced muscles
2. Antagonistic muscle training
3. Injury prevention
4. Core engagement

About the Instructors
Tyler has been a climbing coach for over nine years and is the head coach of Movement’s youth climbing team, Team Sikbird. Paul is a Group Fitness Instructor here at Movement and also runs our Barbell Strength program. He is a certified USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.

Level 2 Pre-Requisites:
5:11a flash level, V3 flash level, or coach approval.
