Dennver alum, Chef Hunter Pritchett will bring GoldenBoys – his LA-based guerilla Chinese food pop-up restaurant to The Source, in collaboration with Chef Theo Adley of RiNo Yacht Club. The special menu will be available in RiNo Yacht Club for one night only, until supplies run out.

Pritchett, former Chef of Frank Bonanno’s critically acclaimed Luca d’ Italia, touts GoldenBoys as a fun, healthful and transparent approach to Chinese food. The pop-up series previously hosted sold-out dinners in Downtown LA.

RiNo Yacht Club also will showcase its cocktail and raw bar program in collaboration with Pritchett, with resident Chef Theo Adley at the helm, as well as accompanying cocktails created by its beverage director, McLain Hedges.

The exclusive menu will feature:

- GoldenBoys’ signature Crispy Orange Chicken Sandwich with Szechuan Tiger Slaw and Smashed Cucumbers on a Doubinjang-Dressed Brioche Roll
- East and West Coast Oysters with Smashed Cucumber Mignonette and Szechuan Chili Sauce
- Yu Sheng (a Southern Chinese raw fish salad) of Sustainable Salmon, with Palisade Peaches, Western Slope Corn, Radish, Chili, and a Peach-skin Li Hing Mui
- Xi’an Al Pastor – a Cumin Lamb Tartare with Charred Pineapple, Mint, Red Onion, Sprouted Beans and Prawn Crackers
- Other RiNo Yacht Club raw bar and cocktail favorites
