Tracy Winchester is the Executive Director of the Five Points Business District where she is responsible for initiating commercial redevelopment opportunities. A longtime Denver resident, she is also just generally a fountain of knowledge on opportunities and connections in our fair city. She'll be speaking on finding real estate, as well as financial incentives and resources available from the city for business owners. Shop Talk is a casual monthlyish meet up of small business owners, creative professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs.
