University of Denver says
The conference, which is free and open to the DU-Iliff community as well as the general public, centers on the way in which Jacques Lacan, the great French psychoanalyst and philosophical thinker can be made accessible to public discourse while showcasing actual employment of Lacanian methods in community treatment programs. It is funded in part by a grant from the Marsico Visiting Scholars program at the University of Denver. The conference is a collaborative effort between the University of Denver, the Clinical College of Colorado, and the Colorado Psychoanalytic Forum for the Lacanian Field.
