Using FREEdom movement and sound to express our emotions is as ancient as the idea of tribally connecting. When we understand that we can penetrate insecure memories by stomping, shaking and dancing; movement becomes a tool, not just a way of releasing steam. We can actually create from this space too.

Explore the idea of crystallizing patience, joy and confidence. We will use biodynamic (therapeutic grade) Essential oils and intentional music to enhance our imagination.

About Somah:
Somah recently attended a "Master training" in India where they experimented with Kriyas for deep emotional healing. She was so affected by the transformational affects, it became a passion to surely pass on. She's been studying Yoga, mantra, mudra, (and Ayurveda) with Anand Mehrotra in India, since 2011.
Somah grew up "tracing sacred geometry shapes" in figures and understanding muscular bio-feedback, as a competitive Figure Skater. She coached elite athletes for 20+ years after that.
